Thing #15

I’ve been able to see technology happening around me in the past five years. Learning 23 new things outside a classroom-some of them even outside the country- without an instructor would have sound unbelievable before.
It is true students are connecting to the internet and to computers in ways we never dreamed of a few years ago, they are active participants taking ownership in their own learning, actually they like it better this way.
Through this journey I’ve been sharing my findings with my teenager niece; every time I get excited for a new cool tool and I attempt to teach her how to use it; she politely ask me for the link and try it herself.
